Whitelist Instructions
Since your Email Provider probably uses some type of ultra cautious spam filtering, we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. Also known as “Whitelisting.”
If you do not see an email from loucollins@loulovesbooks.com in your Inbox, my email may have mistakenly been sent to your promotions or spam folder.
Follow these steps:
1. Open your spam folder and if you find an email from loucollins@loulovesbooks.com open it and mark it as “Not spam”.
2. Still not found it? If you’re a Gmail user, open the Promotions tab and look for an email from loucollins@loulovesbooks.com
3. Still not found it/not a Gmail user? Check your main inbox for an email from loucollins@loulovesbooks.com
